Education

Education is a very important topic, not only in our country but in the world. Education can be one of the important tolls of success, whereby some people describe education as the "key to success", but is it? According to the English Oxford Dictionary, education is described as, "the process of relieving or giving systematic instruction, especially at school or University".

Education does not require one to be of certain age, one can always be informed, skilled regardless of gender, age or race. Some continue to define education as "the wealth to know ledge acquired by an individual after studying particular subject matters or experiencing life lessons that provide an understanding of something". Education requires instruction of some sort from an individual or composed literature. Education can be described as a lifestyle activity because it is something which some people wake up to do every day of their lives, to get educated and to educate others.

Some people probably wonder why they have to study, what is the purpose and benefits of studying or getting educated, in short what is the purpose of education. According to Andrei Latsyshau the purpose of education is to educate the population and produce a particular statistic of distribution of people over particular mindsets, skills and more.

The purpose of education can therefore be to educate people about issues happening and occurring around them which they are not informed about, issues regarding political changes, media diseases, and more, which is why education is an important tool. Andrei continues by saying, "the conception of the education that I personally want to purpose is as next:

To produce participants of the society to be able to participate in social governance
To nurture a constructive, creative, methodological culture of cognition, thinking and communication.
To help people realize their own unique potential
To provide methodological mindset so that everybody is able to build own holistic and integral understanding of the society and find their own system in this society.
(Andrei Latsyshau, 2013)

Swimming

According to the Oxford English Dictionary swimming is described as the "sport or activity of propelling oneself through water using Limbs". "Swimming is derived from the word swim, meaning to move through water by means of fins, tail, or the limbs".

Swimming is an activity that burns lots of calories, and is easy on the joints and it also supports your weight, builds up your muscular strength and improves fitness. Swimming is also a healthy, low-cost activity that you can continue throughout your life. It is a low impact activity that has many physical and mental health benefits, it is also a great workout because you need to move you whole body against the resistance of water.

"Some people who enjoy swimming take it to a competitive level. This can provide the health benefits of a vigorous workout as well as the fan and thrill of completion". (Better health channel.com). Swimming is therefore a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it is also a good way to relax and feel good.

According to Mike Gustafson, there are 10 reasons why swimming is the best and maybe the worst sport ever:

Swimming makes you equal parts confident and awkward
Swimming see more sunrises than anyone else
Swimming can make you smarter
Swimmers are the cleanest athletes in sports
Swimming makes you sexy. It also makes you broke
You can swim forever
Swimming is the ultimate escape
Swimming is therefore the most popular sport in Olympics, but you can’t watch it live
Swimming is like flying

(Mike Gustafson, 2013).
